Our gal, Ms. clean beauty Sofia Richie Grainge had some millennials rattled this week when she took to recommending using concealer on your lips. Apparently, this was a controversial 2000s trend that many don’t want to see comeback.
Sofia called it a perfect ‘pumpkin spice’ lip in a TikTok video. She puts on two shades of lipstick and then finishes her look with a dab of concealer on her lips in the center that she refers to as the “cherry on top.”
So, your lips end up with a rosey color and a lighter color in the center. Sofia says, “You get this beautiful ombre lip combo.” Even though we were not fully aware of the original trend, this millennial response video from TikToker Isabel Clancy just got us.
