It’s easy to find evidence that we are all in a struggle to understand the youths together. Over the weekend I watched Chelsea Handler’s reel about her confusion with this viral statement:

Let’s unpack this together. It brings up so many questions like who is baby gronk? What is a Rizz King (this we know!) and who is Livvy?

Baby Gronk

Madden San Miguel is a 10-year-old CHILD known as Baby Gronk and famous for supposedly being insane at football. The nickname Baby Gronk refers to Madden being like a young Rob Gronkowski, the now retired NFL star.

Rizz King

What is a Rizz King? I guess in this case it would mean that Baby Gronk is on top of the world because Livvy convinced him to commit to LSU.

Livvy

Who is Livvy? Olivia “Livvy” Dunne, also a CHILD, attends LSU and is on the NCAA gymnastics team. She is a social media star as well and is one of the highest-paid college athletes according to Sports Illustrated.

Apparently, Madden’s dad took his very young child to a few colleges, one being LSU where he and Livvy met each other and Livvy told him to go to LSU and he said “yeah.” And now Chelsea Handler and other grown gorgeous women (ahem) are talking about it. Why? I don’t know.

But, you know it’s also nice to remember that we speak a complicated language that children too will never understand. Sometimes I find that very comforting, like the entering pumpkin-everything season. Cozy up to some of these things only we know, babes.
